Mike Owcarz joined Avature last week as a Regional Sales Manager, Northeast working remotely from Cleveland, OH. Prior to Avature, he worked for applicant tracking software company Main Sequence Technologies. Mike is a 2003 graduate of John Carroll University and has worked in the recruiting software space ever since.
When Mike’s not thinking about cutting edge technology in recruiting (which isn’t very often) you’ll find him cheering on his hometown sports teams from Buffalo, NY, hanging out with his wife, two kids, and dog Louie, or playing an occasional round of golf followed by grilling and drinking some hopped up craft beer from a local brewery.
