Proven Implementation Methodology and On-time Delivery

Avature’s implementation methodology is collaborative, transparent and combines both agile and waterfall methods where appropriate.

The architecture of the platform is specifically developed to support agile design – including in-system data model design and process modeling. This means that your data model and workflows can be built during the design sessions, allowing you to not only visualize your design decisions immediately, but process sample data during the design process. All design work is done in a production equivalent sandbox instance that all stakeholders can log onto.

Avature consultants and technical services specialists make use of our powerful platform frameworks (i.e., portals, mobile apps, and reporting) to produce sophisticated branded user experiences for job seekers, recruiters, hiring managers, c-level executives and other stakeholders.

All of our large implementations are staffed with a professional project manager. Project managers plan the project and run the schedule until go-live and project completion.

Data Migration and Successful Integrations

We have extensive knowledge of common legacy systems and a great deal of experience migrating data from them. In fact, many of our implementations involve consolidating data from multiple vendor systems.
