London, England and Shenzhen, China, November 3, 2014 – Avature, a leading provider of innovative Web 2.0 talent acquisition and talent management solutions delivered as SaaS, announced today that it has been selected by BGI, the world’s largest genomics organization, to provide a global Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The Avature system will support the recruiting efforts of all BGI operations throughout the world.
BGI evaluated vendors over a period of several months before selecting Avature. Key selection criteria included the ability to support both local Chinese recruiting efforts and BGI’s international expansion. An additional consideration was Avature’s accessibility from mobile devices and the ability to seamlessly leverage its advanced CRM solution.
